UPSC photo & signature size: resize and compress online

The UPSC portal FAQ gives 350 × 350 px to 1000 × 1000 px for the photo and signature, with a 20 KB minimum. Our limits sit inside every notice we read, so one file suits them all.

UPSC notices differ on the maximum file size: 200 KB or 300 KB for the photo, and 100 KB or 300 KB for the signature. The smaller limits satisfy both, so they are preset. We could not open the instruction PDF the CSE, NDA and CDS notices point to.
UPSC also takes a live photo in the form, and images can't be changed after Confirm Upload.
